Sherie Anne Girard Kristiansen, Law Clerk, graduated cum laude from Arizona State University with a B.S. degree in Justice Studies and a minor in Psychology. She received her Juris Doctorate degree from the American University, Washington College of Law. Ms. Kristiansen interned with the Prince William County Attorney’s office as a summer law clerk. She is also fluent in French. Ms. Kristiansen has extensive family law experience and has provided trial preparation and case management services at Farrell & Croft since 2009.

Wendy S. Lough, Paralegal. Wendy Lough graduated from Longwood College with a B.S. degree in Sociology, concentrating in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Psychology. She has over 25 years of experience as a Family Law Paralegal, the last 17 of which have been in Prince William County. Ms. Lough provides case management and trial preparation service for the legal team.

Melissa Ross and Kay Ranstead, Administrative Support Staff. Melissa Ross and Kay Ranstead provide receptionist service and critical administrative support for our entire legal team. They are responsible for scheduling client appointments, facilitating client contact with the attorneys, and are instrumental in overseeing the tremendous volume of documents and information coming into and being sent out of our office on behalf of our clients.
