2017 Achievements – Farrell & Croft P.C. – The Year in Review

Our 2017 achievements included reaching a practice milestone, adding additional practice areas, and receiving the top Client Satisfaction Award from Martindale-Hubbell.

We celebrated our 25th year in business together!

Farrell & Croft, Attorneys at Law was founded in June of 1992.  Thereafter, we modified the business to Farrell & Croft, P.C.  Throughout, the foundation of this law practice has always been Kathleen Latham Farrell and Catherine S. Croft.  We started on Center Street, spent many years at 9251 Lee Avenue, Manassas, VA and since 2008 have been located at 9324 Main Street, Manassas, VA.  We have handled increasingly complex family matters over the years and as a result acquired respect from our colleagues and the judges for our representation, legal analysis, and trial advocacy.  We were early advocates for and current providers of mediation, an alternate dispute resolution process that allows the issues  to be resolved between the parties and not decided by a judge.

We have had many good years in practice, have seen good times and hard times and still…. we persist.

We added two more lawyers in 2017!

Always looking for ways to respond to the needs of our current clients, we brought on two very accomplished attorneys to our practice to do just that.

Sharon R. Moss and Jeanne E. Brown joined us in 2017.

Sharon Moss is a 2012 cum laude graduate of the School of Law at the University of Hawaii.  She is experienced in and will continue to concentrate her law practice in the areas of Family Law and Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning.

Jeanne E. Brown is a 1999 graduate of the School of Law at the College of William & Mary.  She is an experienced and accomplished criminal law attorney having served as a former Fairfax County Deputy Public Defender where she handled serious, complex, and high profile cases involving both children and adults.  She will continue to concentrate her law practice in the areas of criminal law, protective orders, and domestic violence.

We were awarded the  Martindale-Hubbell designation of Platinum Client Champion!

The Platinum Client Champion, the top award, recognizes those attorneys who have received 10 or more client reviews and an average score of 4.5 or higher (out of 5.0) and was awarded to the firm of Farrell & Croft, P.C.

In September 2017 Martindale-Hubbell announced the launch of their new Client Champion awards, an exclusive recognition that demonstrates an attorney’s commitment to client service based on the quantity and quality of their scores on Martindale-Hubbell client reviews. Fewer than 1% of all attorneys have qualified to receive the award.  Farrell & Croft, P.C. is proud to be recognized for being in that 1% of all attorneys.
