2020 – Changes are happening at Farrell & Croft PC.
Farrell & Croft PC experienced a lot of change effective January 1, 2020.
We were proud to wish our law partner, Amy Ashworth, good luck on her new role as our elected Prince William County’s Commonwealths Attorney. This was an historical election for two reasons. First, there had not been a change in that elected position in 52 years. Secondly, this is the first time a woman has held this position. Amy was our law partner from September 2016 through December 2019. Our loss will be the gain for Prince William County.
We are also elated to welcome our new partner, Andrea Morisi, to our firm effective January 1, 2020. Andrea will offer her expertise in matters involving Estate Planning, Powers of Attorney, Guardianships, Special Needs Trusts, and Nursing Home Placements, utilizing her knowledge and skills in applying benefits such as long term care insurance, Medicare and Medicaid.
We are also proud to congratulate Kathleen Latham Farrell for her award as a 2020 Influential Woman in the Law recipient. This award is earned upon nomination and selection. The award is announced by Virginia Lawyers Media, the publisher of Virginia Lawyers Weekly and honors women attorneys and judges for their excellent work on behalf of their clients, their commitment to their communities and their service to the profession.
